Healing your life

from roots to reality

Listen

Emotions are messengers, but to hear what they’re saying we have to slow down enough to listen.

So many of us are genuinely overwhelmed by the state of affairs in the world. Coupled with our own inner trials, it’s not always easy to know where to begin, but at deep roots counseling we always begin at the beginning, our roots.

It’s often in our formative years where we inherited belief systems and developed coping mechanisms that never actually honored who we are: Free, healthy, purpose-driven people capable of living deep, meaningful lives.

We are capable of this repair. In fact, over the past 12 years, I have guided many 100s of people one how to hear the truth and find stillness beyond the noise, the chatter, and the hurt. Supporting them to find real understanding, acceptance and reclamation of their deep roots as sovereign people.

BEYOND SELF CARE

SELF
SELF CARE

HUMAN BEINGS ARE INHERENTLY RELATIONAL.

Just like our healing, our wounds show up the most when relating to others. Through this work we explore how reframing experiences helps us to create a new framework for our reality.

inner work

When I recognize that I am no longer a victim of my past, I realize that I have the power to live the way I want to in the present. I can choose my thoughts, my feelings, and my projects because I can choose my habits.

outer world

Everyone of us comes from somewhere. As an honestly good person who has made mistakes and had set backs, I am not here to judge others. Self compassion helps me understand where the vulnerability of someone’s past is showing up in my experience with them now.
